【摘要】:1.1GeneralThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesparticularrequirementsandinformationforestablishingandmaintainingaqualitysysteminaccordancewiththerequirementsofAnnexIVandAnnexVIIofDirective94/9/EC.Itisintendedforusebymanufacturers,notifiedbodiesandregulatoryauthorities.Therefore,whennotifiedbodiesassessthequalitysystemsofmanufacturersthisdocumentisintendedtobethebasisoftheinitialassessmentandsubsequentvisits.1.2ApplicationOnlythoserequirementsinclause7ofthisEuropeanStandardpertainingtothedifferencebetweenAnnexIVandVIIoftheDirectivemaybeexcluded,providedthatconformityoftheproductcanstillbedemonstrated.PermissibleexclusionswithrespecttoAnnexVIIofDirective94/9/ECareasfollows:7.1Planningofproductrealisation;7.2.3Customercommunication;7.4Purchasing;7.5.1Controlofproductionandserviceprovision;7.5.2Validationofprocessesforproductionandserviceprovision;7.5.3Identificationandtraceability.NoexplicitrequirementsinAnnexIVandVIIrelatetotheconceptof“continuousimprovement”.Asaconsequence,referencesinthisEuropeanStandardtotherequirementsofENISO9001:2000excludethisconcept.
