【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthetechnicaldeliveryconditionsforbendsmadebytheinductionbendingprocessforuseinpipelinetransportationsystemsforthepetroleumandnaturalgasindustriesasdefinedinISO13623.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoinductionbendsmadefromseamlessandweldedpipeofunalloyedorlow-alloysteels.NOTEThesearetypicallyC-Mnsteelsorlow-alloysteelsthatareappropriateforthecorrespondinglevelandgradeoflinepipeinaccordancewithISO3183.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestherequirementsforthemanufactureoftwoproductspecificationlevels(PSLs)ofinductionbendcorrespondingtoproductspecificationlevelsgivenforpipeinISO3183.ThisInternationalStandardisnotapplicabletotheselectionoftheinductionbendproductspecificationlevel.ItistheresponsibilityofthepurchasertospecifythePSL,basedupontheintendeduseanddesignrequirements;seealsoISO3183:2007,Introduction.ThisInternationalStandardisnotapplicabletopipelinebendsmadebyothermanufacturingprocesses.On-landsupplysystemsusedbythegassupplyindustryexcludinggasinfrastructurefromtheinputofgasintotheon-shoretransmissionnetworkuptotheinletconnectionofgasappliancesareexcludedfromthescopeofthisstandard.
