【摘要】:ThispartofCISPR16isdesignatedabasicstandard,whichspecifiesthemannerinwhichmeasurementuncertaintyistobetakenintoaccountindeterminingcompliancewithCISPRlimits.ThematerialisalsorelevanttoanyEMCtestwheninterpretationoftheresultsandconclusionsreachedwillbeimpactedbytheuncertaintyoftheinstrumentationusedduringthetesting.AnnexAcontainsthebackgroundmaterialusedinprovidingtheamountofmeasurementuncertaintyfoundingeneratingtheCISPRvaluesshowninClause4andhenceprovidesvaluablebackgroundmaterialforthoseneedingbothinitialandfurtherinformationonmeasurementuncertaintyandhowtotakeintoaccountindividualuncertaintiesinthemeasurementchain.Theannexhoweverisnotintendedtobeatutorialofusermanualortobecopiedwhenmakinguncertaintycalculations.Forthat,thereferencesshowninthebibliographyshouldbeused.MeasurementinstrumentationspecificationsaregiveninCISPR16-1,whilethemethodsofmeasurementarecoveredinCISPR16-2.FurtherinformationandbackgroundonCISPRandradiodisturbancesisgiveninCISPR16-3.TheotherpartsofCISPR16-4containfurtherinformationonuncertaintiesingeneral,statisticsandlimitmodelling.
