【摘要】:Mouldsporesarewidelydistributedintheoutdoorenvironmentand,therefore,occurinvaryingconcentrationsalsoindoors.Growthofmouldsinindoorenvironments,however,shouldbeconsideredahygienicproblembecauseepidemiologicalstudieshaverevealedthatdampnessand/ormouldgrowthinhomesandhealthproblemsaffectingtheoccupantsarecloselyrelated.DINISO16000-16specifiesrequirementsforlong-term(0,5htoseveralhours)samplingofmouldsinindoorairbyfiltration.Duringfiltration,adefinedairquantityissuckedthroughafilteronwhichseparationofthesuspendedparticlesoccurs.Airbornemouldsarecollectedongelatinefiltersresultinginahightotalsamplingefficiency.Duetostabilityandsamplingefficiencyreasonsthereisapolycarbonatefilterdownstreamofthegelatinefilter.Thesamplingdeviceisconstructedforthedetectionofparticlesofthesizeofmouldspores(larger1?mtoabout30?m).Aftersamplingthemouldsporesarecultivatedandcounted.ThisprocedureisdescribedinDINISO16000-17.
