【摘要】:ThisStandardappliestoClassA,single-andthree-phase,ground-faultcircuit-interruptersintendedforprotectionofpersonnel,foruseonlyingroundedneutralsystemsinaccordancewiththeNationalElectricalCode(NEC),ANSI/NFPA70,theCanadianElectricalCode,C22.1(CEC),andElectricalInstallations(Use),NOM-001-SEDE.Thesedevicesareintendedforuseonalternatingcurrent(AC)circuitsof120V,208Y/120V,120/240V,127V,or220Y/127V,60Hzcircuits.Note:InCanada,thetext"intendedforprotectionofpersonnel"isexcluded.Theserequirementsdonotcoverground-faultcircuit-interruptersintendedforuseincircuitsservedbyatransformerhavingwindingswhollyinsulatedfromeachother.ThisStandardappliestoallClassAground-faultcircuit-interrupters.TheseClassAGFCIsarepermittedtobeintegratedintootherdevices,inwhichcase,besidescomplyingwiththisStandard,thesedevicesaretocomplywiththecorrespondingapplicableStandardforthedeviceinquestion.ThisStandardincludesminimumrequirementsforthefunction,construction,performance,andmarkingsofground-faultcircuit-interruptersincludedinthescope.ThisStandardisintendedtocoveronlyClassAGFCIdevices.

【摘要】:Sulfurisoneoftheprincipalrubbervulcanizingagents.Itisacriticaladditive.Whenchemicallycombinedwithrubber,sulfurdevelopsbasicperformancepropertiesinthevulcanizedcompoundsuchas:tensilestrength,elongation,modulus,andhardness.Insoftorelasticrubbercompounds,sulfurisanessentialbutminoradditive.Insemi-hardrubberandebonite,sulfurbecomesamajorcompoundingmaterialwhileretainingitsroleasavulcanizingagent.Themoststablemolecularformofsulfuratambientconditionsisaringstructurecontainingeightsulfuratoms.Dependingonconditionsthesemoleculesorientintooneoftwocrystallinestructures.Atroomtemperaturethecrystalsarerhombicandabove95x00B0;Ctheyrearrangetomonoclinic.Lessthan1.5%ofeithercrystallinestructureofsulfurissolubleinanyrubberatroomtemperature.Thesecondcommonmolecularformofsulfurispolymericsulfur,madeupofunbranchedchainsofsulfuratoms.Itiscommonlyreferredtointherubberindustryasinsolublesulfur.Whenthismaterialiscreatedbyrapidheatingtoabove160x00B0;Candquenchingtoroomtemperature,thesulfurisamorphous.Ifformedunderotherconditions,thepolymerchainsmaydevelopregionsofpseudocrystallinity.Insolublesulfurisanimportantformofsulfurusedonlyintherubberindustry.Itisnotsolubleinanytypeofrubberhydrocarbon.Whenitismixedinrubber,itdispersesbutremainsundissolvedintherubber.Theuseofinsolublesulfurpreventsthedevelopmentofasupersaturatedsolutionofsulfurinrubberthatoccurswhenrhombicsulfurisused.Nosulfurbloomwilldeveloponthesurfaceofuncuredrubberpieceswhentherubbercoolsaftermixingorprocessing;therefore,buildingtackispreserved.Atcuringtemperatures,insolublesulfurrapidlytransformstoasolublespecies,dissolvesintherubber,andentersintothevulcanizationprocess.1.1Thisclassificationcoversthevarietyofsulfurgradesusedintherubberindustry.Typicalchemicalandphysicalpropertiesforsulfurareshown.Sulfurisprincipallyusedinunsaturatedrubbersasavulcanizingagent.
